4. Refunds and Cancellations

If an Event is canceled, you will receive a refund of the ticket price (excluding service/delivery fees, unless required otherwise).
4.3 Event Changes
We are not liable for changes in Event details (date, time, venue, performers). Refunds for such changes follow the Event organizer’s policies.
5. Event Attendance
5.1 Admission
A valid ticket is required for entry. Event organizers and venue staff may refuse admission or remove attendees for non-compliance with rules or these Terms.
5.2 Compliance
You agree to comply with all venue and Event rules, including health, safety, and security policies.
5.3 Resale
Tickets may not be resold or transferred except as permitted by the Event organizer. We are not responsible for invalid tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems.
- Distribute viruses, malware, or engage in fraud.
- Interfere with the Platform’s operation.
- Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
